I’m Andria Connell, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and founder of Salcedo Health in Jacksonville, Florida.
Salcedo Health uses various massage therapy techniques to relax the muscles, release muscle tension and allow for more movement with less pain. When muscles relax, they lengthen and allow for a broader range of motion. When the muscle tension is released, pain is reduced and the body begins to relax allowing for better sleep. Now you have more energy and no pain to hold you back from an active and fulfilling life.

She has good technique and helped my pain points feel much better. She's also very personable and well spoken, I enjoyed conversing with her, it made the hour go by very quickly.
